Cancellation and Exchange Policy for Sangeeta Creation

At Sangeeta Creation, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our authentic astrological gemstones and spiritual products. This policy outlines our guidelines for order cancellations and exchanges to maintain fairness for all customers.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at Sangeetapandey655@gmail.com with your order details. Cancellations after dispatch are not accepted due to the custom nature of energized gemstones. Full refunds apply for approved cancellations, processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are limited to cases of damaged items, wrong product received, or size mismatches for adjustable items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with unboxing video proof required for verification. Products must remain unused, in original packaging with tags and certification intact.

Exchange Process

Contact us via email with your order number, issue description, and proof. If approved, return the item at your shipping cost; we cover return shipping for verified transit damage. Approved exchanges ship within 3-5 business days, subject to stock availability. No exchanges for sale or personalized items.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-energized gemstones, personalized products, intimate items, or perishable spiritual accessories are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on change of mind, as each stone is selected and prepared with astrological intent. Authenticity guaranteed; lab certification available upon request.

International Orders

For orders outside India, exchanges follow the same criteria but may incur longer processing (up to 45 days). Customers bear return shipping, customs duties, and taxes. Refusal of delivery results in deductions from any refund.
